The project consists of a new building with 9 collective housing units, divided into two separate plots, one on rue de la Dhuys (R+2), the other on rue de la Renardière (R+4).
Pedestrian access is via rue de la Dhuys for all accommodation, vehicle access to the underground parking is on rue de la Renardière.
Each of the buildings is set back from the streets, creating green spaces on the streets. A large green space is laid out between the two buildings, part of which is in open ground, allowing the planting of tall trees.
The volumes are simple, with projections and recesses to bring them to life, the facades treated with light-colored rendering and wood cladding.

At the owner's request, the layout of this apartment has been optimized. The decompartmentalization between the entrance and the living room has enlarged the living space, while bringing light into the entrance. The installation of a glass roof in the living room has allowed the creation of an office while preserving the brightness. The creation of an airlock and new accesses to the bedroom and the bathroom, provide more privacy between the living rooms and the other rooms.
